Chef Dana Parker is the Executive Chef and Owner of FORKED established in 2012. She was trained in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale. Chef Dana creates personalized menus for her client’s unique needs. She specializes in private chef dinners, specific diets, and custom-catered events featuring charcuterie grazing boards & themed grazing tables. She has also created menus to cater to clients that have dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free diets. Vegan, plant-based, keto, paleo, and pescatarian menus are available as well. Chef Dana has worked in professional kitchens in local casinos, downtown Miami and beachfront condos as well as in many clients’ private residences in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
